Licence

Please be advised that effective 1st September 2024, a 3-day waiting period will be implemented for the issuance of all licences and music permits. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to our clients. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

 

In addition to completing the relevant forms, please note the following:

  • Individuals signing contracts must provide valid photo identification
  • A copy of all business incorporation certificates must be provided for verification. In the case of business names, the contracts should be in the name of the individual
  • Where a licensee has an outstanding balance, this must first be reconciled before the issue of a new licence
  • ECCO may refuse to grant a licence to a Music User if such User has repeatedly failed to meet contractual obligations previously agreed with ECCO
  • Where an event has been cancelled, the licensee should inform ECCO in writing within seven (7) days of the initially scheduled date
  • Where a licensed venue has been closed, the licensee should inform ECCO in writing within seven (7) days of the closing date
  • No refunds will be granted in the absence of official confirmation and documentation
